Massage Protocols and Policies

• Prior to your treatment let us know if you have any injuries or pain points to avoid/focus on.

• Please advise us if you are pregnant.

• Underwear must be worn at all times. Thank you for your respect.

• You will be discreetly and respectfully draped with a towel to ensure your complete privacy.

• Inappropriate behaviour or sexual harassment, either physical or verbal, will not be tolerated and may result in the cancellation of your treatment.

How to Get the Best from your Treatment

• Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.

• Turn off your phone or set it to silent prior to the commencement of your treatment.

• We encourage you not to consume alcohol prior to your treatment.

• During your massage let us know if you would like more/less pressure applied.

• Make time after your treatment to eat, drink and relax!

Payment Terms

Payment is required prior to the commencement of your treatment and can be paid in cash, by bank transfer or via debit/credit card through our booking partner Fresha (transaction fees apply).

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the treatment start time if you wish to cancel or amend a confirmed booking.
